Geant4 Physics List Study

In the last notes , a discontinuity at about 33 MeV is found in the simulation neutron cross section data interacting with 90Zr, 40Ca, but not 208Pb. The experiment data of cross section don't have such discontinuity. I thought that is due to the improper choosing of phyiscs in the range of intersting , and decided to run mulitple simulations on other physics list.
The result of the above simulation is that the all the simulation give us pretty much the same result, with discontinuity still appearing at 33 MeV.
The table below is all the phyiscs list come with Geant 4 official release. Thoee labled red have been tested. The left most column and top most row are different models.

Electromagnetic process has three model to choose from, standard, low energy, and Penelope. Hadronic process has more choice, which make it more difficult to decide.
neutron inelastic(LHEP): Low energy parameterized/Hight energy parameterized
Bertini Cascade(BERT): The Bertini model generates the final state for hadron inelastic scattering by simulating the intra-nuclear cascade.
Binary Cascade(BIC): This model generates the final state for hadron inelastic scattering by simulating the intra-nuclear cascade.
Precompound(PRECO): This model generates the final state for hadron inelastic scattering.
Leading Particle Bias(LEAD): This model generates the final state for hadron inelastic scattering using leading particle biasing techniques.
High Precision Neutron (HP): This model generates the final state for neutron Elastic scattering/Inelastic scattering/Fission/Capture using the high precision neutron model.
