DPF '96

Housing

Accommodation for DPF96 will be available in both hotels and in University Residence Halls. All accommodation arranged by the Organizing Committee is a maximum of 15 minutes walk from the DPF96 sessions.

People who wish to arrange their own accommodation will find a wide selection available in downtown Minneapolis, located about a mile from the DPF96 venue. Public buses run approximately every 10 minutes between downtown Minneapolis and the University campus.

More information on the accommodation available through the organizers, including parking and proximity to the conference, is available here. You can also book online using the DPF96 housing form.

Important

The deadline for reservations at the rates shown on the Housing Form was July 6, 1996. The hotels are no longer holding rooms for the DPF conference. You may still book at the rates given on the housing form, as long as rooms are available. You are strongly urged to reserve accommodation as soon as possible - from personal experience, it is possible to arrive in the Twin Cities to find all hotels within a 50-mile radius full.
