Special Audio-Visual Equipment
All meeting rooms will be equipped with overhead projectors. Larger meeting
rooms also have sound amplification equipment. Speakers requiring any other
audio-visual equipment must contact the Organizing Committee for special
arrangements. 35mm slide projectors can be provided at no cost to speakers
in any meeting room. Some meeting rooms have video projectors and/or video
monitors. The Organizing Committee can provide at no cost to speakers the
use of video tape and disk players and PC or Macintosh computers for video
display. Requests for special audio-visual equipment must be sent to the
Organizing Committee prior to July 1, 1996. Authors must reference the abstract
log number of the paper for which the special audio-visual equipment is
requested.
