Fermilab E872 at Minnesota

There is an extensive homepage at Fermilab with information about DONUT. On July 21, 2000 the announcement about the direct observation of tau-neutrino interactions was made at Fermilab. It was a big news item on that day with several newspaper reports.

A short introduction to the experiment.

At Minnesota, we are using ROOT-based emulsion analysis tools, developed locally.
